Heather Burns serves as Marketing Director, bringing nearly 30 years of customer service experience and more than five years as a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional. In this role, she leads the agency’s marketing strategy and social media presence while supporting daily operations at Suggs Insurance and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple projects and business functions.
Heather also manages bookkeeping and administrative operations for three additional companies, reflecting her strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail. Deeply committed to the community, Heather serves on the Board of Lee County Parks and Recreation and has helped organize and coordinate seven charitable events in Sanford.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two teenage children, and their eight cats. She also appreciates good conversation, great company, and a well-crafted cocktail.
